We don't live near a Domino's, and this was my first time ordering from Domino's. The online app was very easy to use, and the tracking feature was nice. The delivery driver was polite and courteous, even though he was out in horrible weather and sub-zero temperatures. However, one of the pizzas we ordered was entirely wrong. We ordered white sauce with mushrooms only, and even though the label on the box was correct, the pizza inside had red sauce with pepperoni and green peppers. Accuracy of our order was very disappointing.

I have ordered pizza on numerous occasions from this location and have always had very pleasant interactions with the staff -- 5/5 for service. This included the time Apple maps told me another Dominos location was closer and I ordered a pizza there not realizing it wasn't this location...I was on campus and pretty sure there is no closer Dominos than this one. Long story short they were very nice and made me a pizza super quick. The food is consistent never amazing but hits the spot when you crave. I have only ever gotten the hand tossed pizzas and haven't ventured to try their more expensive artisan ones only because it honestly feels out of place to me. There are typically really good coupons online so keep an eye out before you call.

How I ended up at Domino's pizza in South Bend is an interesting story. Or maybe it only SEEMS interesting because I am stranded at a hotel without a car because my coworker dropped me off here and went to Mass at Notre Dame. So I had planned to walk to a Mexican restaurant that was supposed to be half a mile from the hotel. Either I received bad directions or it had closed down because I walked at least two miles and never found it. So I walked back to the hotel and there happened to be a Domino's there, and I was hungry and almost angry because I had really wanted Mexican. I ordered the "Handmade Pan Pizza" which must be new, but then I haven't been to a Domino's for years. The employee who took my order was cheerful and helpful, and my pizza was ready quickly. Which is a definite plus when you are hungry and almost angry. This pan pizza was really good. Much, much better than the way I remembered Domino's pizza to be. The crust was thick but still crispy, especially on the bottom and edges. It contained lots of cheese as well as a generous amount of the roasted red peppers that I had ordered. It seemed more like an old-world style pizza from a mom-and-pop place than a pizza from a chain that is famous for fast delivery and cheap food. Eating this pizza definitely improved my mood. I am no longer hungry or angry. And I would definitely recommend Domino's pan pizza.

I saw the TV commercial about "50% off all pizzas this week!"- BUT when I went online to have a pizza delivered the website said "Sorry, your order does not meet the $10.00 requirement for delivery at this store". WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ? - ORDER 2 PIZZAS FOR JUST ME SO I CAN SPEND TWICE AS MUCH MONEY TO SAVE 50%- WHAT A CRAPPY , B.S. SALES COME-ON!!! DOMINOS FAILS AGAIN!

I order from this Domino's pretty regularly since the online order app is convenient, and they've had pretty consistent results. The pan pizza is really good. Main reasons I don't give it 4 stars: * I get take-out pizza from a number of places in the South Bend area all the time. This is the only one that gives me heartburn. Not always, but in comparison to other places that I never have trouble with, it's a bit odd. * I've had them screw up my toppings a couple times with the online ordering app. I'm also not sure they really follow the "Extra Sauce" order. If that's what they call extra sauce, I'm afraid of what regular looks like. Coming from SF and Chicago, I know South Bend isn't exactly a culinary mecca, but I've had better in the area for the price.

They suck, expect people from the south side of South Bend, In to drive over there for that nasty pizza. Now I see this signs popping up on the corners for there pizza? Really? Really? Really? Since you closed the south side store I won't wast my time to go chase a "cheap" pizza!!!!

The online ordering was easy and pretty cool, the delivery has always been very quick, and for a national chain the pizza is decent. Recommended for a quick, cheap meal.
